CWD is looking for a Project Coordinator 12-Month Contract to join our exceptionally talented and collaborative team! This posting reflects an existing vacancy within our Niagara Falls location. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating corporate projects, creating key project documentation, participating in project status meetings, and managing vendor communications. The Project Coordinator ensures project milestones are met, processes are followed, and initiatives are executed efficiently.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week on-site. Our hours of operation are 8:15am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Documentation & Administration
  • Develop project charters, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and all other project documentation in collaboration with the Project Leader.
  • Maintain accurate project plans, schedules, and progress tracking for corporate and department-level projects.
  • Ensure all project documentation follows established templates and standards.
Meeting Participation & Coordination
  • Attend project-level meetings, taking notes and documenting action items and next steps.
  • Share project updates with relevant stakeholders as assigned by the Project Leader.
  • Support coordination across teams to ensure clarity of project objectives and responsibilities.
Vendor & External Partner Coordination
  • Serve as primary contact for vendors related to projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate communications between internal teams and external partners to support project success.
  • Track vendor commitments and escalate issues or delays as required.
Project Support & Execution
  • Assist in defining project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with corporate and department objectives.
  • Support both corporate and department-level projects, managing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, reporting concerns to the Project Leader.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve project workflows, tools, and processes.
Other
  • Undertake related duties as assigned to achieve department objectives and company goals
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a project management role across a variety of projects; corporate project experience preferred.
  • PMP designation considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp or similar) and project documentation processes.
  • Understanding of milestone tracking, toll-gates, and structured project processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of identifying opportunities for process improvement.

What We Offer
Our expected compensation range for this role is $28.84 - $33.65 per hour. The wage you may receive will be determined based on the skills, experience, and qualifications you bring to the position, as well as how they align with the responsibilities and scope of the Project Coordinator 12-Month Contract role. CWD evaluates compensation using a consistent and equitable framework to ensure fair and transparent pay practices across the organization.
